The Patient Care Strategist role at The Talent Partnership presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery and make a real impact on patient care.

About the Role:
We are seeking a senior leader with a proven track record in managing complex healthcare services. As Patient Care Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of best practices across a variety of healthcare services, driving innovation and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the clinical services team to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care across the hospital.
  • Oversee clinical operations, including staffing, training, and professional development of the clinical team.
  • Drive clinical governance, including incident management, audits, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and implement solutions to enhance patient care.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A deep understanding of service redesign, clinical pathways, and system reform.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and NHS contract requirements.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant policies.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on managing risk, leading quality improvements, and making data-driven decisions.

Salary: £100,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
