Patient Care Manager

The Patient Care Manager at Barchester Healthcare Ltd is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. As a registered nurse, you will develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medication safely, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
This role requires current NMC registration, a good understanding of clinical practices, and experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. You will also need strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Compensation and Benefits
