General Manager Sales

Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and identify new markets, focusing on revenue growth and market presence.

Create sales plans targeting high-potential markets and clients, emphasizing customer acquisition and retention.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious targets and ensure optimal performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Strategic Leadership

  • Vision & Strategy: Define a business growth strategy aligned with company objectives, set sales targets, and establish financial plans.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities and capitalize on them.

Requirements:

  • Sales Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial expertise in P&L management and budgeting, ensuring financial performance aligns with business goals.
  • Intercultural Competence: Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a strong emphasis on customer relations.
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent travel to meet with clients (40-60%).

Annual Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €130,000 - €160,000, depending on experience.
