Customer Solutions Manager

About the Role
As a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding large and complex AWS UK&I customers through their cloud adoption journey. You will ensure that all AWS teams are working together effectively and efficiently to deliver customer outcomes. This position requires a strong understanding of cloud transformation, customer engagement, and technical expertise to drive successful customer adoption of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities
- Guiding customers through their cloud adoption journey, ensuring successful implementation of AWS services
- Collaborating with cross-functional AWS teams to deliver customer outcomes
- Developing and executing customer education and governance plans
- Proactively solving customer challenges with new ideas, tools, and guidance on GenAI strategy
- Evangelizing AWS services and delivering great customer experiences
Requirements
- Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion
- Experience in customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
- Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
