Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Health and Safety Professional to join our team at Vertiv in Northern Ireland.

This role will report directly to the EHS Manager and work collaboratively with the Senior Management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in best practice Health & Safety and be NEBOSH certified.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and communicate findings and suggestions for improvement to site management.
  2. Promote a safety-first culture, raising awareness of hazards and emphasizing the importance of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  3. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 documentation management requirements.
  4. Support the Production Supervisor in identifying and delivering team performance objectives.
  5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within production areas.
  6. Develop an audit process and schedule tailored to meet the site's needs.
  7. Communicate changes to operating instructions to all Team Leaders.
  8. Collaborate with the production supervisor, manager, and project engineers to ensure deadlines are met while adhering to H&S procedures.
Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certification (Diploma or Degree) with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
