About the Role

The Southern Health and Social Care Trust seeks a skilled Mental Health Clinical Lead to join their team. As a key member of the Adult Mental Health & Disability Services Directorate, this role plays a vital part in providing high-quality patient care.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced mental health professional to take on the challenge of leading our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult mental health nursing and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

This is a full-time position based in Western Trust Area, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

About You
  • You will have a degree in Mental Health Nursing or a related field.
  • You will have significant experience working in adult mental health settings.
  • You will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be able to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals.
