Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our team at Vertiv in Northern Ireland.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of health and safety principles and be able to promote a safety-first culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor, manager, and project engineers to ensure deadlines are met while adhering to H&S procedures.
- Support the Production Supervisor in identifying and delivering team performance objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Communicate changes to operating instructions to all Team Leaders.
$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
