The Compliance Business Partner will play a critical role in shaping compliance strategy and ensuring the business operates within regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have direct experience within Financial Services, ideally Wealth Management, and an understanding of FCA regulations that relate to outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a Primary Compliance Advisor on FCA regulations
  • Implementing Compliance Frameworks
  • Developing and maintaining Company Policies & Procedures
  • Stakeholder and Client Engagement

Your Profile

  • Direct experience within Financial Services
  • An understanding of FCA regulations that relate to outsourcing
  • Ability to manage effective relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders
  • Professional/Industry Qualification an advantage

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
