Strategic Account Manager - UK3P

As a key member of our UK3P team, you will be responsible for driving growth and overseeing the performance of our largest and most strategic sellers. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and addressing performance trends, escalating issues to leadership teams, and developing best-in-class account management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic performance management and oversight for top sellers, identifying and addressing concerning trends and escalating issues as needed.
  • Develop and implement data-driven processes to identify high-potential sellers across multiple marketplaces, using a scientific approach that can be scaled.
  • Engage directly with C-suite leaders at seller organizations to drive strategic alignment, influence long-term investments, and strengthen partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Strong track record in strategic account management, with deep e-commerce expertise and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, as well as sales CRM tools like Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business.
  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels.
