Job Title: Head of Partner Strategy

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our partner strategy efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing long-term, high-value relationships with our top sellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide holistic performance management and oversight for our top sellers, identifying and addressing any concerning performance trends and escalating issues to leadership teams as needed.
  2. Develop and implement best-in-class account management frameworks to build strong relationships with key sellers, driving sustained, profitable growth for both the sellers and Amazon.
  3. Establish data-driven processes to identify high-potential sellers across multiple marketplaces, using a scientific approach that can be scaled.
  4. Engage directly with C-suite leaders at seller organizations to drive strategic alignment, influence long-term investments, and strengthen our partnerships.
  5. Effectively navigate the complexities of a matrixed organizational environment to deliver consistently strong results.
  6. Streamline seller engagement and support, reducing pain points and tailoring our assistance to each seller's unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in strategic account management, deep e-commerce expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive change in a complex, fast-paced environment. Requirements:

Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels
