Theatre Nurse/Practitioner Opportunity

Salary: £41,500 per annum
We are seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse/Practitioner to join our client's Theatre department. As a key member of the team, you will support the delivery of high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our Theatre services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure smooth operation of the Theatre department
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of our Theatre services and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Theatre experience in hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
