Job Title: Experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Theatre Practitioner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre department at North Downs Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons during orthopaedic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert scrub nursing care during orthopaedic procedures, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless patient care and efficient theatre operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in orthopaedic scrub nursing.
