About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategist to join our team at Lombard Odier Investment Managers. As a key member of our Product Development and Business Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and research to identify sales trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that impact our business.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and business development leaders.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role within the asset management industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial instruments, markets, and regulations.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience with sales force automation tools.
