Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of professionals to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each child's needs.
  2. Act as a positive role model, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
  3. Supervise and mentor staff, organizing work patterns, facilitating care-focused training, and accessing appropriate services to support childcare practices.
  4. Oversee day-to-day management matters, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Residential Children's home.
  2. NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare, or willingness to work towards it.
  3. Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
  4. Experience with budgets and rotas.
  5. A full driving licence is essential.
