A Leader Group partner is seeking an experienced individual to support their team in delivering outstanding care to young people in a safe and nurturing environment.

The Role:

  • Leadership: Guide and inspire your team to deliver therapeutic, tailored care, fostering growth and resilience among children and colleagues alike.
  • Role Model: Set a positive example, embodying the values of a successful Deputy Home Manager.
  • Supervision: Mentor staff, manage shifts, and facilitate care-focused training to ensure high standards are upheld.
  • Daily Management: Oversee daily operations, guaranteeing a seamless experience for all involved.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a children's residential setting.
  • NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare (or willingness to achieve).
  • Familiarity with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding principles.
  • Strong leadership, budget management, and rota planning skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts and participate in sleep-ins.
