We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant at St Audreys Care Home in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities- Providing high-quality care and support to adults in a residential setting
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Ensuring safeguarding and person-centred support
- Flexible working pattern, including shift work and alternate weekend shifts
