">We are seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Hatfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for supporting families and making a positive difference in the lives of young children.
">About the Role
">- As a Residential Support Worker, you will work closely with team members and external professionals to guide young people towards their placement goals.
- You will record and monitor progress, supporting young people with practical life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Encouraging positive behaviors and maintaining a safe environment is also a key aspect of this role.
- Additionally, you may be required to provide transportation for appointments and maintain professional boundaries while promoting constructive relationships within the service.
Key Responsibilities
">- Support young people with daily tasks and activities to help them reach their full potential.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe and supportive living environment.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and identify areas for improvement.
