Hotel Chocolat Group plc is seeking a Chocolate Sales Leader to join our team in Barnsley. As a Chocolate Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Developing and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and engage customers.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or specialty environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 50% discount on all Hotel Chocolat products and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
