Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Climate Control Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth, achieving stated gross margin targets, and approaching the sales process with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable revenue growth through new business development and existing customer expansion
- Achieve stated gross margin targets as a percentage of sales
- Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver year-over-year growth in Operating Income and Sales for the Region
- Foster a highly motivated, engaged team of Sales professionals who thrive in a dynamic work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales experience in the climate control industry, with a proven track record of success
- Strong negotiation skills, self-confidence, and assertiveness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Leadership skills, including driving engagement, courage, valuing differences, ensuring accountability, and developing talent
