We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Cooling Solutions Leader. This role requires a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and new business development.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and creating a highly motivated sales culture.
- They will be responsible for achieving stated gross margin targets and utilizing professional selling skills to drive revenue growth.
- The role also involves collaborating with the Commercial Leadership team and developing recommendations for increasing market share.

- Masters-Business Administration or Equivalent Experience.
