Cost Manager

At Turner & Townsend Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team. As a Cost Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage commissions of varying sizes, ensuring timely and accurate cost checking and valuation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project managers, and other consultants.
- Collaborate with the project management team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Lead a cost management team, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and meet client objectives.
- Implement our Embodied Carbon Calculator and produce carbon footprint reports.
- Support the execution of our NewLeaf strategy and manage internal fees, job costing, and resourcing requirements.
- Working towards or recently achieved Chartered Status (MRICS, ACostE, or equivalent).
- Cost management experience within the build construction arena, ideally in property and real estate sectors.
- An analytical thinker, open to learning from others.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize own workload.
