Cost Manager

Tetra Tech's Cost Consultancy is a leading provider of high-end consulting and engineering services for projects worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join our team in the Bristol office.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee project delivery of large residential projects
- Manage multi-disciplined teams and line management duties
- Deliver technical excellence and promote learning opportunities to other staff
- Develop cost plans for complex projects using Cost X estimating software
- Engage in Value Engineering and risk workshops, providing strategic cost advice
- Advising on and supporting procurement of contractors
- Deliver the full range of construction stage cost management services
- Experience in Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administration duties
- Experience in all aspects of Cost Management
- Experience in Business Development and Business Planning
- Experience with Cost X or similar estimating software and Revit models
- Experience working on major projects (£50m+)
- Ideal experience in the cost management of NEC3/4 and JCT construction contracts
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Software, including Excel, Project, and Word
- UK driving licence
