Job Description:
We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant for Young People to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide individualized support to students with additional needs, including those with ASD and SEMH, in a mainstream or special school setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist students with additional needs, including those with ASD and SEMH, in a mainstream or special school setting
* Support teachers and other support staff with lesson planning and preparation to ensure that students receive tailored support
* Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and participation
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to share best practice and improve student outcomes
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement

Requirements:
* Experience working with children and young adults with additional needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

This is a full-time position based in Bristol, with a competitive salary of £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
