You will be working closely with our on-site team to support young residents with their living needs, developing essential life skills, and providing individualized support plans.
Candidate Requirements- Experience working with young people (16-25 years) in a Key Worker role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure, producing support plans and meeting deadlines.
- Resilient and flexible nature when interacting with others.
- Passionate about providing immediate care and support, particularly in safeguarding and emotional/mental health situations.
This full-time, temporary role requires a commitment to working 37 hours a week, including one in four weekends, with varied hour patterns between 8 am and 8 pm.
Please note that an enhanced DBS check for adults and children is already required due to the urgent need to fill this position.
Salary: £14.46 per hour (dependent on location).
