We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker for Young People to join our team at Academics. As an essential member of our support staff, you will work closely with students who require additional assistance in reaching their full potential.

The Role: In this role, you will provide individualized support to students with autism, helping them to develop social skills, manage behavior, and access the curriculum. You will work collaboratively with teachers, other support staff, and parents to ensure that each student receives the best possible education and care.
