We are looking for a compassionate Patient Advocate to join our team at Urgent Nursing in Hull. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients while promoting a culture of excellence and respect.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
About the Role- Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by physicians
- Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
- Support patients in making informed decisions about their care
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Valid NMC registration
- At least 6 months' experience in a similar role
