Compassionate Companion and Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Coordinator to join our team and support an 11-year-old boy with autism, ADHD, and Sensory Processing Disorder.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism, challenging behavior, and sensory issues, as well as experience working with children with complex needs.
The role involves providing one-to-one support to the young boy, accompanying him on outings and activities, and assisting with daily tasks and routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to the young boy
- Accompanying him on community-based activities
- Assisting with daily living tasks
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate of £44

- Experience working with children with autism and complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
