Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs, ensuring students receive the necessary support to succeed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
