About Us

Dove House Hospice Ltd. is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and support.

We are seeking a Compassionate Care Specialist to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to patients and their families in our Inpatient Unit, Day Therapy Unit, and other clinical areas as needed.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and empathetic individual to work alongside our qualified nursing staff, delivering person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

You will be responsible for supporting and assisting qualified nursing staff, communicating effectively with patients and their loved ones, and referring to qualified nurses when necessary.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary scale, with starting salaries ranging from £23,052 to £23,364 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

In addition to your salary, you will also receive various benefits, including Bank Holiday Pay, Saturday Enhancement, Sunday Enhancement, Unsocial Hours Enhancement, and Nights Enhancement.

Location

The role is based at our hospice located down Chamberlain Road, where you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
