**About the Role**

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum

The ONE group is seeking an experienced sales leader to lead and manage its sales function as Group Head of Sales. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the sales function and drive revenue growth across our core propositions.

As Group Head of Sales, you will develop and deliver sales strategies that meet business objectives, ensure the sales function is structured, equipped, and resourced to deliver on the sales strategy, lead and manage a team of sales professionals, and implement processes and procedures from scratch.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and sales management, with a focus on setting and delivering sales strategies, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and implementing processes and procedures from scratch. They will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure the sales function is structured, equipped, and resourced to deliver on the sales strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Implement processes and procedures from scratch to drive operational best practice.
