Type 2 Diabetes Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Specialist to join our team as a Type 2 Diabetes Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with Type 2 diabetes, providing education, support, and advice to help them manage their condition effectively.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care, exercising corporate nursing responsibilities. This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Salary: £45,000 plus bonus, including an annual bonus incentive scheme worth up to 10% of the annual salary. Other benefits include car allowance or company car, private medical insurance, company pension, NMC/RCN fees reimbursement, monthly broadband contribution, daily lunch allowance, laptop, and mobile phone provided.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience (post registration) managing diabetes within primary care.
- Knowledgeable and confident in the provision of education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes.
- Skills and knowledge in the optimisation of oral hypoglycaemics.
- Full driving licence.
- Current NMC registration.
