Role Overview
Lifeways is seeking a compassionate Care Professional to join our team in Berwick Upon Tweed. Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role
This Support Staff position involves providing person-centered care to our service users. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality support and services that cater to their unique needs. Your compassion, patience, and understanding will be invaluable assets in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant is ideal but not necessary. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
