Job Title: Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Professional. This role will involve delivering person-centred care services to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and choice.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and possess a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality care services to residents, meeting their individual personal, social, and emotional needs

  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., health and social care)
  • Experience working in a care environment, preferably with vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
