Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to meet residents' personal, nutritional, and social needs.
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, and toileting.
  • Support residents with their nutritional needs, including feeding and promoting choice and independence.
  • Promote social interaction and engagement among residents.
  • Administer prescribed medicines and homely remedies, as required.
  • Update residents' care plans and medical records accurately.
  • Participate in quality assurance programmes to ensure the highest standards of care.
