Support Specialist Assistant

This role requires a caring and supportive individual to provide one-to-one support to our customer in Winchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting independence, assisting with daily tasks, and engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment.
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to deliver person-centred care services, which includes creating a safe and welcoming environment, providing emotional support, and facilitating social interactions. A clean driving licence and DBS check are required for this position.
