About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant Assistant to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As an Accountant Assistant, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our Aftersales team, ensuring the financial health of our Trade Parts Specialists (TPS) sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support to the Aftersales Accountant, including debt and WIP reviews, invoice and expense payment requests.
  • Ensure all accounts office tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with the production of management accounts, including bad debt provision reporting and review.
  • Calculate and post accruals and prepayments, raise invoices for TPS sites, and submit cost submissions.
  • Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and key controls preparation and review.
