Responsibilities:

  • CNC Programming: Develop and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
  • CNC Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to established specifications and quality standards.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Collaborate with engineers and designers to identify potential manufacturing challenges and provide design for manufacturability (DFM) recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in 5-axis programming with Fusion 360 CAM and jig and fixture design with Fusion 360 CAD.
  • Qualifications: Working in a precision engineering environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, hands-on attitude, and willingness to learn new skills.
