Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at NMS Recruit Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with local communities to drive sales through door-to-door engagement and build strong relationships with customers.
  2. Collaborate with the senior team to develop and implement successful sales and territory plans.
  3. Utilize provided tools to create healthy pipelines and gather customer data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Take ownership of your performance and strive for excellence in all aspects of your role.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong personal brand through local engagement and online reputation management.
  6. Ensure a clear DBS check prior to starting and maintain a valid full UK driver's license.
  7. Enjoy a competitive car allowance of £450 per month and uncapped commission paid monthly, with top-performing sales reps exceeding £80k per year.
