Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for representing our partner, Nestlé, and driving brand sales to enhance turnover and market share across UK retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with key retail decision makers (department and store managers)
  • Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability and ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive brand growth and sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to retailers and customers
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment
  • Passion for the amazing brands we market and drive to succeed
  • Full manual driving license and ability to travel within a defined territory
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of circa £25,000 with a bonus scheme
  • A flexible approach to working – 37 hours per week
  • Mobile telephone and small van provided for transporting marketing material
  • Enhanced holiday entitlement
