Job Description:

As a Child Contact Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our centre, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and families. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and families
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
