Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Family Care Specialist to join our team at Heathlands Primary Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support to our students and their families.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to develop and implement effective support plans, and will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing individualized support to students and their families
  2. Collaborating with teachers and support staff to develop and implement tailored support plans
  3. Coordinating with external agencies to secure additional resources and services for families
  4. Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children and families in a educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
