Job Title: Male Rehabilitation Hospital Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to manage our male rehabilitation hospital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  2. Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports
  5. Manage budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (RMN or RNLD) with NMC registration
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £49,220 per annum
  • 37.5 hours working week, Monday to Friday 9-5
