About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Adult Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to adult patients with complex physical and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for patients with complex needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • MSc, BSc, or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
