Specialist Visual Impairment Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Visual Impairment Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and support services, with a focus on visual impairment.
Key Responsibilities- To work closely with residents, their families, and carers to understand their needs and provide tailored support and advice.
- To conduct assessments and reviews to identify the need for equipment, minor adaptations, lighting assessments, and vision rehabilitation.
- To develop and implement personalized plans to promote independence and improve wellbeing.
- To provide expert advice to colleagues across Adult Social Care, ensuring that residents receive the best possible support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or occupational therapy.
- Experience working with individuals with visual impairments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
