About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to make a real difference in the life of a child with visual impairment. As a dedicated professional, you will provide personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored tutoring sessions, adapting teaching methods to meet the child's unique learning needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A recognized teaching qualification (QTS / QTLS / PGCE / B.Ed / PTLLS / DTLLS / CELTA).
  2. At least 2 years of teaching experience.
  3. Experience working with young people who have Additional Educational Needs.
  4. Understanding of safeguarding processes.
  5. An enhanced DBS check (we can assist with obtaining this at a cost if necessary).
  6. Two professional references.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum), depending on experience, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
