Kings College Hospital is one of the UK's largest and busiest teaching Trusts, providing a full range of local hospital services across its different sites. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Rehabilitation Therapist to join our dedicated team in the Critical Care department.

Job Overview:
  • To assess and treat patients with complex needs who would benefit from a coordinated multidisciplinary assessment, rehabilitation and discharge services.
  • To be competent in the administration of specific occupational therapy assessments of motor, sensory, cognitive, perceptual, psychosocial and occupational areas.

You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your previous knowledge and experience of acute occupational therapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with complex presentations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in critical care and neurology, with a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices. You will be proactive in your learning and desire to provide high-quality services for all patients that require occupational therapy input.

About the Role:
  • Salary: £44,806 - £53,134 per annum (inclusive of HCAS)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
