About the RoleAs a Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist with our company, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with complex mental health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert cognitive rehabilitation services to help patients regain their independence and achieve optimal well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality cognitive rehabilitation services to patients with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct thorough assessments and progress monitoring to inform patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A degree in occupational therapy or a related field
- Experience in cognitive rehabilitation and/or CAMHS settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
The salary for this position is estimated to be £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
