About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team as a Specialist in our secondary care psychological therapies service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality specialist Cognitive Behavioural treatment interventions for service users.

The successful candidate will have a core professional mental health qualification and recognised Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy training, accredited with BABCP as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. Experience of working within a secondary care setting is essential, and previous teaching/training experience would be beneficial.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus generous benefits package including NHS pension scheme and 25 days annual leave.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Delivery of time-limited specialist Cognitive Behavioural treatment interventions for service users
  2. Providing clinical co-working with other healthcare professionals
  3. Developing robust professional relationships with local statutory and non-statutory services

  • Core professional mental health qualification
