A prestigious primary school in North London is seeking an experienced Behavioural Therapist to join its team as a Positive Behaviour Specialist.

This long-term role offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support to pupils with autism and behavioural needs.

  1. Deliver 1:1 and small group teaching using principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour Analysis.
  2. Support pupils during lessons with strategies tailored to individual behaviour plans and learning targets.
  3. Manage challenging behaviour positively and consistently, recording incidents in line with school policies.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with challenging behaviour, ideally in a school or specialist setting.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour Analysis.
