Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist Position

We are seeking a dedicated Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective treatment plans that promote patient independence and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience in assessing and treating patients with complex needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to patients in need of cognitive rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' cognitive and physical abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in occupational therapy
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a role related to cognitive rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Information:

£44,806 - £53,134 per annum, depending on experience.
